My Payoneer is not logging and card has been Blocked

Dear Payoneer Customer Care Support Officers, I am Mohammad Khalid Shaikh from Pakistan and also legal user of Payoneer and Master Card Holder too. Now when I login to my account that doesn't login. I have 5 times email to Payoneer Customer Care Support Officers but due to insufficient balance that call was dropped. But issues were about to clear but call was dropped. Kindly please issue my resolve as soon as even I could able to transact my payment and the payment has been approved also.
