Cant login. Cant reset.


was using the card and account fine just last week. Today couldn't login with the same password/username. Don't know if it's a temporary problem with the site or something, but tried to reset. It took me to the page where i should put my username and birthday, i did, it said wrong information. Pretty sure i haven't forgotten my birthday or anything, and it has always been the same email address i used for my account.

Anyway, so couldn't reset either. I don't know if it's possibly a hack? But i assume i would still get some email notification if personal information was changed. I actually tried sending a message through "contact us" but for some reason the "Program/Partner" field is marked as required and the drop-down menu is empty, so can't do that, not sure what's up there... decided to post here in the meantime.

Any ideas?
