Hosting payment problem

I contacted "Hostgator" & "Bluehost" and asked them if they accept Payoneer Card for payment, but unfortunately both of them replied negative. Any suggestion about from where I can buy a hosting plan for Wordpress hosting or is there any other way to pay "Hostgator" or "Bluehost" using the Payoneer card ?

    Hi, You can pay by paypal, if you can open paypal from where you are you can verify your paypal account by your payoneer card and pay by paypal account. I do this and pay for hostgator.
