Could not change PIN

Hey!
i have a problem my updating my pin number!
i tried many times and every time it says "Could not change PIN."
i contact payoneer support and sent them over 10 e-mails but no replay!
and live chat is not available , every time it says "Chat not available due to high volume of inquires."
i tried many times to enter my password via ATM and it says incorrect!
and every single time payoneer withdraw 1$ for each operation!!!!
they stole me 14$ till now ..
what should i do now !!

    Hi Jeno, sorry to hear about your experience. If you have forgotten your PIN code, in order to change it you need to contact our support center by phone or chat. Once a live agent verifies your details, you will be sent an email that will allow you to change your PIN code.     I am having the same problem. I've also tried several times to contact the chat support but every time I get a message that: "No agent is available to chat with you right now". What can I do?
