What is the Wire Fee for USA Company Payout Transfer?

Hi
I would like to receive payments from CCBill LLC (A US Company) . They only send payouts by wire or mail. So, if I choose wire and type my payoneer USA Bank into their form then they can send it. But I do not know the possible transfer fee's of it. Is it 15$ or 30 $ and is there any possible incoming wire fee?

Also what is the minimum withdrawal threshold for bank transfers and withdraw (%) fee's on Payoneer?
