Account Locked

Hi,

I reset the password and my account gets locked and now I have contacted CSR via live chat two times and Email them as I have to make some payments and Reference Number: 160502-003567. But your live chat CSR said I have farward the request to concern department and nothing else. No one seems interested in solving the issue or even in replying. Please check the issue and help me out.
