Payoneer Load Unreceived !

Hello,

One of my clients claim that he loaded my Payoneer account online by using the load link (https://load.payoneer.com/LoadToPage.aspx?email=a**[email protected]***) after i offered him a service.

I checked in my transactions history, i didn't find the amount of 303 euros that he sent me in 11th September 2012.

So i asked him to send me a snapshot of his bank transactions of the month of September, he did it and i attached the snapshot with the message.

The card is issued from a bank called "Société Générale" in France.

In the history of his transactions it's said that the load has been proceded as "COMMERCE ELECTRONIQUE" transaction ("Electronic commerce" in English) without the mention of Payoneer (French banks).

You can find a copy of my client's transactions in the attachements or from this URL : http://i46.tinypic.com/o9emhz.png

my Payoneer account card : XXXX-2145

Thank you in advance.
