Don't receive card renew message

Hello !
My payonner card will be expired next June 16th
and till now I haven't receive any message or email
to renew it.
also tyring to contact with online support chat service doesn't work for me
and still receiving this message :"LIVE CHAT
Our working hours are listed below:

6:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

6:00 AM to 3:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday."
please I'm looking to request a new card befor the expiration of this one

    I added a support ticket under the number #160527-000588 this morning ,please help me renewing my payoneer card :)

    Hi there,

    90 days before your card expires you will see at the top of the page a message advising you that your card is about to expire. Click on the message and follow the on-screen instructions to request a new card.

    Once you have submitted the required information a new card will be ordered for you. Your current card will remain enabled until you receive and activate the new card, after which your account balance and payment methods will be automatically transferred to the new card.

    If you don't receive the message or are having difficulties using it, kindly contact our support center directly via phone, chat or email so an agent can assist you in manually ordering you a new replacement card.

    If you already submitted a ticket, kindly wait for our team to get back at you so they can assist you further.
