My Card is Blocked?

Hello Its Junaid Tariq here.
My payoneer email id [email protected]
I have been created my payoneer account on 22 may 2016, but now i am getting following error message. It say "your card is blocked!"
But i can't get any exact reason & notification about this action. I have reported on customer support, have got the mail "Your question has been received. Your inquiry is important to us. Our staff will contact you within 3 business days"
still I can't get any of response from payoneer. What the hell is this problem. Its not professionalism. kindly be professional and Please help me to fix this problem asap.
