Where is my refferal bonus

I got his email few weeks ago.

Yesterday my card was loaded with 102$ but i didn't get my Referal bonus . My annual fee was deducted

    The refer a friend $25 reward is credited to your account once you have earned at least $100 in total payments for services you have provided. The payments need to be earned through the global payment service details we provide or through websites that payout directly through Payoneer.

    Once our system identifies that you earned at least $100 in total earnings via the mentioned methods, the $25 reward is credited to your account within 24 hours.
