US Payment Service - Account Number Invalid

A client is trying to pay me via the account number i got from US Payment Service, and the bank, from where client is trying to send money, says, the routing number is correct, but account number is not. Does anyone know if payoneer's US payment service works at all?

    The question that is begged to be asked is how your client trying to transfer the funds? While the details we provide are provided by the banks we work with, this doesn't mean that it will come up in the details the local bank branch has. 
    Standard bank account details are associated to the physical location where you opened up your account, whereas our details were electronically generated by the bank.

    This doesn't mean that the details are not usable, however your client needs to use the correct transfer method in order for the funds to enter. Do not use wire transfer or any type of transfer that requires the bank branch code as this information is not available.

    The majority of companies and websites are able to to process local bank transfer payments that can be captured by the Global Payment Service details we provide. When it comes to individual clients, that is not possible as they don't have the proper account type to achieve this.

    Hi Adam!

    Thanks! I chatted with your support and they told me there is no way to charge individual clients, can only charge via Global Payment Services for Companies. I do not have the chat transcript, but then i searched more and found this url

    My client paid me through that. Will i have to wait for 2 business days to see it in my account or get any notification?
