Make A Payment - Sending/Receiving funds to/from other Payoneer users.

I recently I got some problem with transfer fund to another active Payoneer user. When i am trying to send fund to the active member then showing
We're sorry but you cannot make a payment at this time
I have balance on my account. So please can you say whats the problem here. I am facing big problem.

I sign up to payoneer and my card was not recieved I reordered card because i did not received it.I received my card today. I did not Used it..I was activating my account today i login and it showed Account blocked this is your service??I want my account unblocked fast Please I have to use it.Please solve this problem

There are two main reasons why the transfer service between Payoneer accounts is not working for you.
1. Not Enough Activity: Some of Payoneer's account features require some level of activity before it can become available which is measured by the amount of payments that are received since your account was activated. If the service hasn't become active, it means that you have not received enough payments to qualify for the feature. These features are automatically activated once the requirements have been met.
This only depends on the sender of the funds and not the receiver.
2. Line Of Business: Our service is spanned over several continents with many new users signing up on a regular basis. One of the things that you need to consider is the different work fields each account holder delves in. In some cases, the line of business is so different that it is not possible to transfer funds between different users. While not common, this can affect the transfer of funds between Payoneer account holders.
In such cases the only option to pay another Payoneer account holder is with the use of the billing service (request a payment) located in your account. The receiver of the funds in this case would send a request to the sender in order to collect a payment for the service that has been provided.

When working on an internatinal scale, you have to adhere and respect the government entities in the regions you operate in, otherwise you will not be able to provide your service in certain countries. This is also influced by the country the company's headquarters operates from (in this case the United States).
So while we provide a service for almost all countries world wide, it is inevitable that certain service features will not be available for some.
The three service features most affected are: The ability to withdraw funds directly from your Payoneer balance to your local bank account, transferring or receiving funds from other Payoneer users or requesting individual payments from your clients (billing service).
We are always working on improving and strenghting our relations in order to increase the service feature for all account holders until it becomes and equal service for all. This road is long and hard, but it is acheivable. It will just take time.
Until then the core service that we can provide to our account holders is to grant them the ability to receive payments from clients, websites and companies on a global scale in a variery of ways.

Keep in mind that the Make A Payment service becomes an active feature once you become active in receiving payments. If you already received payments but the feature is still not active, this means that you haven't been active enough for this feature to become available. Payments that qualify towards this activity include all payments received from companies that pay with Payoneer or the Global Payment Service. Happy and willing to answer general questions.

Hi Adam!
I can not use option 'request a payment" from individual. I only can use 'request a payment" for a company from USA. Just a mont ago I can use 'request a payment" from individual. What should I do to request a payment from individual0 -

I can send payment requests with my Payoneer account. The only problem however is that the only option of payment available to my client(gotranscipt) is local bank transfer and they pay via credit card alone which is not available. I've contacted the support centre and still haven't gotten any feedback. They just keep sending autoreply messages.

The auto response is only received the first time when a new inquiry is submitted. Replying to the automated response will ensure that a live Representative will get back to you as soon as possible.
Once you get in touch with a Payoneer representative, he will be able to help you enable the individual payment function in your account or advise you on when it will become available.
