local bank withdrawal problem

Good morning. I am henry from Indonesia. I use payoneer ( Global payment service ) so I can withdraw from payoneer to my local bank directly without waiting for my card. I have completed local bank account and ID card verification. I have $ 240 on my payoneer and I want to withdraw it to my local bank but sadly I can't. Is there anything wrong? , Please I really need the money to pay my rent. Thank You.

    If you have more than $200 in your Payoneer account you should be able to withdraw your funds. Click here to see how you can withdraw your funds to your bank account.  

    If you are still having issues acheiving this, I recommend you contact our support center right away to see what is preventing you from obtaining your earned funds.
