"US Payment Service are subject to a 1% fee"

Hi!

I have sent a US Payment Request to my Singaporean client.

My first question is :

If the US Payment Service are subject to a 1% fee, why they need to pay 28.61 USD fee on 925 USD?

My second question :

Is there any problem (these days) getting payment via US Payment Service from Singapore? I see "Rejected By The Bank/Credit Card Company" message on the transfers.

Thank you!
Regards,
Zsolt.

If you are being charged a $28.61 fee from a $925 payment, the fee amount here equal 3%. However 3% of $925 doesn't equal $28.61 (although it is close), so I highly recommend you contact our support center directly for more information regarding the fee.

"Rejected by the bank/credit card company" means that the issuing bank of the client that paid you rejected the transaction which means your client needs to contact his provider for more information.
