Payoneer Account Disabled With 4500$ Balance ( I work on Fiverr)

Hi guys!
I need advice. Kindly have a look at what I am going through;
I work on Fiverr.
I withdraw money through Payoneer.
Somebody tried to play with my account and got my both accounts disabled.
I have 4500$ with Payoneer.
I requested them to at least give me those. I shall no more use Payoneer but give me my balance which already resides with you!
They asked me for 3 things;
1. Scanned Copy of my ID
2. Security Question
3. Funding Source ID
I have 1 and 2, but for 3, I need to log into my Fiverr account and that's disabled too. :(
I contacted Fiverr many times but they say they disabled account and would help me in no way.
Any suggestions on how can I resolve this issue?

You will need to contact our support center and explain your casel. The situation you are in is unique and unforetunately I am at a loss for words on how to handle this. A live agent who can view your account will be able to instruct you on how to proceed in this type of case much better than my assumptions.Happy and willing to answer general questions.

Hi Adam. I have mi account disabled. I called by phone and payoneer send an email where they ask for me something identity. I answer the email. But I don't have answer of payoneer yet. How long is the answer time?0

Hello @Laumaine the handling time should be of three business days, while Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days.
If three business days already passed, you can contact our support via Chat, email, phone at 1-646-658-3695 or via Social Media Channel and you will get direct assistance.
