Local Bank transfer is missing/delayed.

I withdraw an amount of $286 to my local bank account yesterday. It's the same bank account I've been using to withdraw my money from Payoneer before and I didn't change/edit any of the bank details. Whenever a withdrawal to bank is made, I received a confirmation email from Payoneer Support titled "Your Withdrawal Request Has Been Received" including the amount that payoneer transferred in local currency.

I didn't received such a confirmation this time. Upon checking my payoneer account I see that my money is already out of the payoneer account balance and it also shows the bank transfer in my payoneer account transactions.

I have the reference number with me, but I don't know I should put it here in public or not.

Can anyone please help me out? Thank you!!

Best regards,
Thilina

Hey! You did the withdraw on June 7th to your bank account? If yes, keep in mind that it takes at least 3 business days for the funds to get to your bank account. Considering we are at the foot of the weekend, most likely the funds will be in your bank account on Monday/Tuesday,

The funds are normally transferred from the US banks so you will need to wait until after the weekend for the payment.

I'm having an issue on replying you as the system is only showing a little bit of my message after posting. So I attached a screenshot.

When it rains it pours, but the good news is that considering the payments got stuck back to back our team can get to the bottom of this and fix it so it doesn't happen again. It is a temporary set back but one that won't repeat itself once it it fixed. Just make sure to keep communicating with the team so they can take care of this for you as quickly as possible.
