US Payment Service.

Opened a payoneer account three years or so ago. Applied for us payment service. Submitted documents, approved- 2014, I got an email, generic email, submitted the same documents as the first time approved. Got an email sunday after I set up a paypal transfer(it automatically transfers the available balance daily). No problem, I will submit the same documents, and a few others as because of paypal I had expoanded my business. However I had 2 pending payments as well as the payment in question. Low and behold, I get an email this morning, payoneer will load my card as a "courtesy". However my us payment service was declined? How can you decline what was already approved?

Now I called payoneer customer service, was told my two payments were declined and sent back to paypal. I explained to here I only started using PAYPAL because of payoneer and that unless I am able to transfer the money onto the U.S bank account, There is no way to withdraw the money from paypal. Thus all the funds, I have, pending payments and obligations to creditors are in a perilous position.

Why was it declined? No answer?.... Why was I approved before with the same info twice and declined now, no answer?. How can I resolve this "No answer"

Customer service of the poorest quality- I understand the need for checks and balances but the fact is payoneer cancelled my account without asking for further documentation or telling me why my payment service was withdrawn, on the same information which saw it approved twice.

    Hi guys, I've an issue with US payment service too - and now the weekend has reached. Now customer support on weekends right?
