Payoneer has the worst Customer Service

Blessings to you. I have a long term client that pays me weekly through the global payment service to Payoneer. He has been successfully placing the payment for about 6 weeks or thereabout only for Payoneer to request that myself and my client submit ID cards among other documents last week. We have responded and up till now Payoneer hasn't replied. The money is still pending approval. All my efforts to contact the customer support proves abortive. I tried to chat them up live, I'll have waited for an hour or more only for me to be told that there is no more available agent. This is really annoying! This has continued over and over again. I even called their international support line. I'll be asked to wait for the next avaialbale agent. After waiting for about 10 minutes, no agent is still available? Don't they realize that calling international numbers is expensive?

Please, I really need to know if I should start looking for another payment service. I want to avoid this kind of issue in the future. It's really frustrating.

    I agree. They are annoying and lack the common sense.
