Rejected By Payoneer Security Department

Hi!

Finally we have solved the "Rejected By The Bank/Credit Card Company" message.
Now I have a new message, "Rejected By Payoneer Security Department"!!!!!!!
Can someone get some more info about this?

We did lot of successful US Payment transaction with this client but now...

Whats wrong with my Payoneer?

    I have contacted the support center already (06/07/2016 )!!!!!!!!
    Got the answer (06/14/2016 ).

    The answer : "We have transferred your request to the relevant department. We will notify you via email as soon as we have any updates regarding this issue."
