Why can I not receive a response to an urgent issue as regards my account in Nigeria?
I did an online transaction and the e-retailer stated that the payment was not processed and my account balance was still deducted by Payoneer. I've reached out to the international customer service since the event on Friday, 10th June and no response till now. It's so sad as I've got no response AT ALL and I've got to supply these goods in earnest. How else can I get a reply?
