I want to renew my card

For my card has expired and did not renew it I get a message please help :s

    90 days before your card expires you will see at the top of the page a message advising you that your card is about to expire. Click on the message and follow the on-screen instructions to request a new card.

    Once you have submitted the required information a new card will be ordered for you. Your current card will remain enabled until you receive and activate the new card, after which your account balance and payment methods will be automatically transferred to the new card.

    If you don't receive the message or are having difficulties using it, kindly contact our support center directly via phone, chat or email so an agent can assist you in manually ordering you a new replacement card.

    i also have the same issue. i have renewed mine but after a month of estimated arrival, i have not recieved it. user is [email protected]. Have sent emails through the contact page yet no response

    like me my card has been expired for 4yrs and i contact the customer service they say i just need to put some funds on my account so i can order new card now i been contating support and always asking for answer but they always send this message on my email that i need to wait for a message that i can order anew card ...i been waiting for 1week and i need to withdraw my money on my account...what should i do now ....im contacting live chat but i can reach them...they always send this message and its geeting me so mad .....

    I am not see an option to order a new card in my account, my card was expired long time ago, how to order a new card.

    You can see my previous answer in regards to this topic. If the option to renew your card does not appear in your Payoneer account, you should contact Payoneer support so a new replacement card can be manually ordered for you.
