Question About Bank Account

connie893 Member Posts: 1
I work for a transcription company. I've talked to them about Payoneer before, and they declined signing up with Payoneer, and I can only receive payments to a U.S. bank account or via check in the mail. My question is if I give them my Payoneer Bank info, can they still deposit money, or do they have to be associated with Payoneer too?

Excelent question. The company does not have to sign up with Payoneer or have any type of association to process the payment.

As long as the company can process local bank transfer payments in the form of ACH/direct deposit payments, we will be able to receive the payments and credit them to your account.

You can view your US Payment Service details by going to the “Receive” menu and selecting the “US Payment Service” tab.

Happy and willing to answer general questions.

For any inquiries directly associated to your Payoneer account, please contact Payoneer's Customer Care Support Center.
