Receiving payment - missing information, Payoneer support in unresponsive at all for 6 days!!

Hi,
I received a payment on June 10th
Right away I got email that they need more information (like government issued ID)

I sent it right away with the link on the mail.
I also:

1. replied to the email attaching the document
2. sent two contact us messages with the document.
3, called support and they told me it is being taken care of.
4. contacted the support email directly

And yet, my payment is on status "missing information"

Funny thing is that they as me to do it in 7 days, but the support are not answering me already for six days (well now it is the 6th day. so there is still hope) ..... really desperate and dissapointed, I need that money urgently for my everyday life.
