My payment is stuck since 16th June. I have tried chat which is of course not available, I have tried phone which doesn't connect to any one, only if you want to listen to a crappy music dial the support number. I have received an email which I have replied 2-3 days ago and nothing happened as yet! Is any body there to listen or resolve the issue? My transaction ID is 27174433 for $400. I have tried sending couple of messages to support but no one bothers to reply. So much disappointed and frustrated too. If you can't handle things then stop publishing false information.

If I won't get a reply soon then there is nothing I can do and I will ask my payer to ask for the money from his bank as I have different methods as well to charge my payer.
