My account is locked

Hi..i have a problem...friday i ricevied a payment from an adult site but i can't accept the transfer becouse says **Your account is cancelled, please call customer support**.....i contacted the live chat and sayd my card is blocked becouse is under reviewing and to wait few days .....reading on the website are personon's that wait for an month to unblock ....i have to receive 3500$i have to pay my bills and my rent and isn't fair that they blocked my money.For 6 month's i'm receiving the money from the same website and never had problem's ........you had similar problems?iff yes,in how munch time was rezolved?

    I can not login also. Moderator, could you explain what to do? I know my login and password but I cannot login because account locked. Why locked?

    Common guys! My account was locked 12th of December 2016. I contact Customer support looking for fast troubleshooting process but they just resend my question to security department. In 2 days I contact Customer support again, and they told me that the queue is too big in security department so I need to wait.... In 3 days after that I contact the Customer Support again, they told me the same...and assure that my issue in priority. On the same day I got an email with request to send my ID with photos in order to check my card by Security service. All scan copies were send 15th of December. Today is 21th of December. The issue is not solved and Customer Support just ignore me. I want to tell everyone, that PAYONEER is a kind of SCAM company!
