600 USD on hold since May 31st and customer care IGNORES ME

I am so angry, this is so annoying.

I ordered the card to be delivered to my Spanish flat, you asked me for an ID proof, I sent it, you charged the card payment and allowed 2 small payments.

Then, when I get the first big payment from a US customer, suddenly, after over 7 weeks, I get a mail from your customer service telling me that the payment was blocked since they needed additional information.

I have sent:
-ID cards, passport and driver`s license

I have asked:
-to cancel my account
-and to turn back the funds to my customer.

My customer is not able to book the money back, and you don´t forward it to me. You just KEEP THE FUNDS. For each and every mail you need over 7 days to answer.

And then, your customer service answers in bizarr English and from Petah Tikvah, which is, as far as I know, not the US, but Israeal.

I REALLY WANT THIS SOLVED: I DON´T WANT TO KEEP MY ACCOUNT; I WANT YOU TO CANCEL IT AND TO TURN THE FUNDS TO MY CUSTOMER. WE WILL NEVER USE PAYONEER AGAIN.
