Your card is blocked!

Today when i logged in to my payoneer account, i have seen this message
 "Your card is blocked!"
 I contacted you few times
I'm old user and one of the payoneer’s entrepreneurs of the year,
 I never got my card blocked for any reason before but now happend without any notice! 
please can u tell me why that happend and how fix the issue?

    Today I got the message that my card is blocked. I have been a user of Payoneer for years now and never had a problem. Please unblock my card. I have already sent an email & have yet to receive an answer.

    Update: my card is now unblocked on its own.. Thanks to payoneer :)

    One of the most common reason why this occurs is because you may have registered an account with Payoneer in the past. You can only have one active account at any given time, meaning that any attempt to apply for second account will be declined.

    Whether that is the case or not, I would recommend you contact Payoneer support to figure out why your account was blocked so they can assist you with it.

    Unblocking an account that has been locked can only be done by direct contact with Payoneer support.

    I'm an old member of about 4 years and I've never had issue on any payment. My card was blocked and it is almost two weeks as we speak and my card is yet to be unblocked.
