Regarding 'Pending Authorization'

I live in Pakistan and there's a network carrier named ZonG. They've an online service for their customers to buy credits at o2oonlinerecharge.zong.com.pk. I tried this service on 13 July 2016 around 12 AM. When I entered my Payoneer card information, after proceeding the site showed an error but the payment got deducted from the balance and got stuck in "Pending Authorization". When I called the customer care of ZonG, they said that they have not received the payment from my side.

It's 19 July and the payment is still stuck there. Now my question is, what will happen to the money stuck in "Pending Authorization"? Can I get it back?

    I actually have the same problem. I made two payments on 10th and 11th July. Both were deducted and merchant websites showed "your transaction wasn't completed" error. Now both payments are pending and it has been 8-9 days. I am receiving a penalty because of this. I need immediate assistance. The Chat service is always busy and the message section is giving me "copy-pasted" reply. Can anyone respond here?

    I am having the same issue with Fiverr.com, I am not able to pay for gigs and the money is still stuck in "Pending Authorizations". Fiverr Support said they didn't receive any money so they cant refund. What am I supposed to do?

    I'm also having the same issue since I made two transactions to Fiverr.com on 23rd July and couldn't place order but money was deducted from my Payoneer card and in the Pending authorization section for 8 days now. When i will get my money back to Payoneer Balance??

    Please reply this thread. i have contacted Payoneer support but no reply for about 4-5 days now. The customer support team seams to be careless :(

    @ahmedshawan They expire in 10 working days. Did they get expired in your case or not?

    @TanzeelZahra They took like 10 working days in my case and I had same scenario. Did you get your payments back?
