Help about Password

Hi guys, sorry if I am open this topic in the wrong category. I wanted to change my password in my payoneer account and I did, but after I changed the password I was unable to login because of incorrect password. Now, after I tried three times my account has been locked. I sent two emails at support of Payoneer but they don't reply to me, I am not sure if they have large numbers of tickets or they just don't care about us. I need to login and to see my balance after I will withdraw again my earnings from Fiverr and other marketplaces which I work. Is someone here who know someone that work in payoneer, or maybe administrations can contact them directly and check what is going on ? My first ticket number is: 160712-005745
and the second ticket is: 160714-002432

p.s I tried to reset password via "forgot password" but I forgot my security questions.
