how to remove funding source from payneer account

I want to know that how can i remove the funding source from my account.

    There is one of two ways you can do this:
    • Contact Payoneer support directly to submit your request and reason for doing so.
    • Contact the payout company. They in turn will submit a request to Payoneer in order to release the funding source.

    Hello, can you please help me?

    I sent mail to your customer support staff with a reason for removing funding source but I don't know which topic/category to choose, can you help me regarding this because I sent on one of the categories and just got an automatic mail.
