New User - first $1500 payment missing, no Payoneer response

It's now more than 1 week since I transferred a first payment of more than $1500 to my bank account but nothing has been received in my bank after 5 business days, and no reply has been received to my many inquiries.

This is an appalling failure, since it is the one task I expect Payoneer to get right, but they cannot even achieve this in the stated time. The Payoneer customer service channels are logjammed so that it is impossible to find any competent person to address this, and it is now the weekend so nothing more can be done.

I am infuriated with this abject level of disfunction or incompetence by Payoneer, and you can bet I will not be recommending this service to anyone. At least Paypal can manage to arrange a transfer inside 1 week. Get your act together.
