Updating to Global Payment Service blocked my Request Payment option

Hi Payoneer, just wanted to let you know that I received an update to my account about the Global Payment Service. After activating them, just a day after this, I tried to send a "Request a Payment" to an individual, but it looks like I can not send requests now to individuals, only companies. And even trying to send a request to a company fails. The Send button does not activate, nor does the Select a Payer give me the option to select a preexisting contact. What can I do now?
