no email on withdrawal confirmation

My first attempt to withdraw going to my bank account didn't went through and I was refunded. However, I added a new bank account and it was accepted, then I withdraw going to the said account. But how come, I did not get any confirmation on my email yet like my first transaction? Did anybody experience this?

    As a rule of thumb, because some of the emails are automated it is best to check your spam folder. If you see emails from Payoneer associated to the simple requests and features you are using, it is best to unspam them so you won't miss them

    Should that not be the case, you need to get in touch with our support center directly to see the status of the transfer or see why you are unable to receive the email.
