My Payoneer card is expired. but i still can not see "Renew Card" option on the website.

I've contacted customer support via email but no reply till today. Ticket # 160802-003957

    90 days before your card expires you will see at the top of the page a message advising you that your card is about to expire. Click on the message and follow the on-screen instructions to request a new card.

    Once you have submitted the required information a new card will be ordered for you. Your current card will remain enabled until you receive and activate the new card, after which your account balance and payment methods will be automatically transferred to the new card.

    If you don't receive the message or are having difficulties using it, contact Payoneer support for assistance with your card order to replace the expired card.
