Received card, Activated it via the mobile app - now it's declined every time!

Hi guys

I have emailed Payoneer about 4 or 5 times since receiving my card on the 4th August. I just spoke to a consultant via telephone after waiting in the live chat queue for 22 minutes.

She checked the account, verified everything was ok on her side, the card is activated and I do have money, she suggested it might be the site I'm using that has issues. I have just tried a completely different site and the same thing happened.

I couldn't process a $20 transaction and I have checked my account/refreshed it. Enough money in it to do the transaction. Could someone please advise? This is 3 sites, 3 different sites that I've had issues with payment.

Can someone please advise regarding the next step ?
