Having 2 Payoneers Card for two different currencies?

I saw in the help documents that there is "1 card per currency" allowed, this means it should be possible to have two prepaid cards for two different currencies. Is that correct ? If yes, how can I order the additional card ? Or do I need a 2nd Payoneer account ?
