its a fake number posted on website. no call support. chat is if you lucky to find online, but no help from them ever. email support. expect 5 days later reply and date commitment grows to 1 month later transfer of funds.

No use calling them emaing them and chat online now we all need to take some legal action mine also cash not in bank from around 12 days now they just reply its reprocessed which is no solution ....

The problem is from your bank. Ask your bank to check the payment with MT103 fourm with you can get from the payment for such payment. If they still are unable to trace then tell them to contact routing banks like SCB
