Processing Card Load issue

Hello

I just registered with payoneer and just activated my card , and i received a payment from a company like 6 h ago , and i can see in the transaction : "Processing Card Load" , my friend said its not normal because we usually receive a mail to ask us if we want to be charged for immediate load , and i have nothing , i'm new with payoneer and worried to dont get my money.
