Troubling many problems

Recently I have created account for Payoneer. When I was filling Singup form I was gived Mistake email.And get no response. After 3 days I again singup for payoneer with same bank account. I have not many bank account. Now my account is blocked. If I can delete those account. I have customer number id of previous account. Second have email and customer id.
Please help
Payoneer is very important for me.I have contacted but getting no response.
