Payoneer Card can't activate

Hello my name is Pho Bopheaktra from Cambodia. Since my card has arrived a few weeks ago, I still can't activate it. When I go to my online account and go to activate my card, it has just shown a "wrong number" message. How should I do with this problem? I have waited for your support back for a few weeks but your support group still can't help me..... Please help me as soon as possible!!!

    Is there a chance that more than one card was shipped to you? Usually when I come across this question I find out that two cards were sent as the first one never arrived.
    Should that be the case, when you log in you need to make sure to select the correct last 4 digits of the card from the selection box that matches the last 4 digits of the card you received. Once done, following the process to activate the card will yield positive results.
