can i get my money back paid for fees?

Hello i send 75$ from paypal to my card i get them after 5 hour i found only 15$ left . And 60$ go for fees without any autorisation from me can i get them back and refund the 75 back to paypal
Please replay ?

    Thats not possible to take $60 usd for fees. Fee is only 1%, if you sent from PayPal to Payoneer $75 fee will be $0.75. I transfer money from PayPal to Payoneer every day.

    As you can see, explanation is very simple.  You opened Payoneer account a long time ago and you didn't pay annual fee for card. They took money when you loaded enough money on your account. This can not be refunded. All Payoneer users pay annual card fee every year.

    Call PayPal and say I have issue to link my card. They will help you to link it again.

    It's always something going on with PayPal. I have the same problem with them, for my amax card. They are ripping me off with fees for me having an amax on my account
