URGENT "Card Not Found the International DataBase"

Hey, while trying to withdraw from an ATM, we get this message. This is the second time this is happening We cannot get get our money. Is Payoneer having problems. Has anyone had this problem before?What can we do. Help someone???

    Do you receive this message at only one ATM location or multiple? If the error message comes from a single ATM or ATM operator, this might be an issue related to the station or bank that owns it.

    It this happens with multiple ATM operators that are owned by different banks, I would recommend you get in touch with a Payoneer Customer Care representative so they can review your transaction history and see exactly what is bringing this issue to light.

    We get the message at all the ATMS we have tried, even from different backs. I have Email customer support but no response. They never respond.
