Wrong DOB on file? Really?

When I applied for the account 2 years ago, I had to provide my ID for verification, and again when I needed to get the Global Transfer Service active, which is already marked as "approved".

Now, after using the account actively for 2 years, I needed to get an information about a recent transaction, and on live chat the support agent asked me for my date of birth, which I provided and he has it's wrong. He asked me for my ID again, and I upload the scanned copy of my passport, and he asked for another form of ID, when I sent my National ID. He said he'll need another form of ID, and I don't have any.

I'm really surprised how my DOB on file can be different (as the support agent claims), and how sending 2 forms of ID once again via chat didn't help him.

Is this the normal level of support at Payoneer live chat? I'm really thankful for the service they are providing me, but with this level of support, there is no way to be happy. How in the world can my DOB be different in file when it was already verified twice before? Just weird. Very weird.

This sounds really weird, unreasonable and stupid. Their service is unquestionably good, but payoneer needs to be perceptive in the quality of their customer support. I wonder do they provide different customer support for the people from Asia Pacific region!

The support agent was typing in all lower cases, with many typos. Very unprofessional. And after taking two forms of ID, he wanted another one. How non-sense is that? If verification was the actual purpose, he could ask me another personal question, but kept asking me for send different forms of ID. Very fishy.

How on earth someone can forget his DOB? Even if they do, how come two forms of ID are not sufficient enough to confirm DOB? In the live support, I remember they tend to ask security questions, not DOB.

Now thinking all of this, it seems very very fishy!
