Why I can't change password?

Today I logged in my account, but it tell me that I have change my password!
Ok! I try to do it! But it tell me that name of user is incorrect (my email) !!!
But how can it be incorrect if I just logged in with it?????
And it tell me that my account will blocked if my next try will not be successful !!!!
So, what have I do???
