ATM for cash withdraw by Payoneer MasterCard!! Please suggest me the best Bank booth in BD

Hello All of BD Member,

I have been using Payoneer last +/- 1 year without any problem.
* I can buy
* I can withdraw cash
But unfortunately I had a problem yesterday that DBBL ATM didn't dispatch cash but Debited from my account (it was $148+).
I already raise an issue to payoneer and not know when I can take back my money.

If any of you have same issue please advice me your experience and how you solve it. please.....

Now I am afraid to withdraw cash from ATM.
Please let me know What is the best ATM in BD to withdraw money by Payoneer. Please write me..

i had the same issue but problem is not solved . i am really frustrated and all documents have been sent. I was assured problem will be solved within 90 days time

Did time period already overcome??? Now what step you will take pls let me know.

*** I have send "Cardholder Statement of Dispute" yesterday as Payoneer asked for.
and today received a message that within 90 days issue could be solve. If solve I can have my money back. But nothing advice If not solve this way what to do!!!!

So, I am waiting, and cross my finger!!!

After DBBL incident I was afraid about ATM!!!!
Yesterday successfully made 2 transaction with AB bank ATM.

I have no problem with DBBL ATM since i got my card. Someone told me that DBBL fasttrack ATM does not support international card.

Bad luck with me, that DBBL ATM eat my money and it's on dispute now. and I am waiting to recovery as payoneer said need to wait 90 days!!!

Though all bank support payoneer master card, BRAC Bank and Standard Chartered Bank are the best to withdraw fund.
