Payoneer doesn't care their customer

A company sent payment to my account few weeks ago but didn't see it in my account, recently I received an email that because I have 2 account so they couldn't approve the account where the company sent the commission. I don't aware that it is the 2nd account because it's been a long time and I don't remember that I have 2 account but this account was not approved. I tried to reply but I got all the time that message failed to deliver. The fact that the company I worked sent money to my account they should be able to at least send message what to do and how can I get the money sent by the company. It's a shame but I worked hard in order to get extra income but payoneer just keep it and I don't think they will release that very small amount of money.
