URGENT HELP LOCAL BANK WITHDRAWL

Guys,

I did a transfer to my company account at 16th of September till today at 7th Oct not in my account i m contacting payoneer every day they promised to provide me tracking details but till now nothing.

My account in UBL and i have added all correct details since we used to receive from upwork.com within 3-5 days.

Any help?

    Dear, as per your statement withdraw payment in your company's account, it i considering
    commercial transaction and state bank has very strict rules against commercial
    transactions for usage of said amount against services providing by you if any, if you want the solution for receiving payments without no issue,
    so just withdraw payments under your Personal name Title bank account( Current )
    and you will be receiving payments with no issue. As regards your previous payment which
    is yet not received to you, ask your bank's regional office " COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT"
    so that your said payment may be rejected and reverse back to payoneer so then
    you will be able for withdraw said amount again under your personal name TITLE bank
    account instead of any Company ( Commercial ) account.

    Thanks for clearing all this to me i sent many emails and payoneer never responded me

    Payoneer account is on my name and bank account title is a company I understand
    i will open my personal account.

    But for now how do i get my money back that is stucked somewhere which i dont no any status
    and payoneer not sending me any trace details?

    I contacted my bank many times they said no payment or provide us trace details so we can track your payment.

    Again if i contact my bank they ask me some proof of payment so they can track.

    Can you help me on this ?

    Yes when you will open bank account under your personal name and then withdraw money through payoneer by using method of bank so everything will be fine. i recommend you to open bank account in HBL as within 1 day bank account payment is receiving right now in HBL. As regards your previous payment which is yet not received to you, if you can approach of regional Head office of your concerned bank and talk to the compliance department so then they can easily trace out the payment as your payment will be available there but unable to credit in your account due to commercial issues which i discussed to you my early message. However after your communication the payment will be rejected and back to payoneer and should be displayed in your payoneer account. Here next step is that contact payoneer through phone call daily and discuss the matter with them and try to get the transaction trace out electronic slip or payment trace routing which you can give to your bank. if you are just depending on local branch staff so believe me they are like "GOOF" and they will be unable to understand your point of view as they dont know the technical matters of remittance. Just go to the regional office, find the compliance department, give them your bank account and date when you make withdrawal request by payoneer. Try to make these steps early as every passing day will make difficulty for trace out your payment.

    Thanks so much you are really a great help better then payoneer support.

    I will contact my bank to track this payment I contacted today again with payoneer and finally the support chat guy understand he says its too long the issue and it must be solve by now
    So he requested again the copy of transfer and promised by monday i will have it.

    He says that payment was done without any error or problems on our end but we requested a transfer details. It means that payment laying somewhere in my bank and they are not going to credit how stupid the banks are they steal money keeping quite after 23 days.

    Thank you again i will keep you posted here upcoming updates and i hope now i will go on my bank nerve to find my payment and credit into my account.

    Hello,

    For receiving Home remittances in Pakistan, the account type should be "Current" under your Title name in PKR Currency. As regards any FC ( Foreign Currency) Account, its procedure and requirements are very lengthy and according to my information ,you can not deposit any Cash (Foreign Currency) in the said type of account, only foreign remittances may be credited in the account and these type of accounts are always targeted by income tax departments. If you are landlord, big business man and bureaucrat so there is no issue with you but if you are not, so avoid to open any FC account as then any day u will be asked for where you use the said money and what was the source of income. I hope you understand. Just Open Current PKR Account under your personal Title name and receive your remittances.

    Payoneer provided me details it shows HBL i think they are in love with HBL bank
    my bank is UBL and they mentioned HBL as correspondence bank

    So i provided my bank to track this payment and settle in my account asap.

    Expected Settlement Date 19-Sep-2016

    Call HBL Helpline +92-21-111-111-425 and ask the operator to transfer your call to remittance department, then tell the remmittance department whole story and provide them tracking number you got from Payoneer.

    Thanks for your message and numbers I already informed all with tracking number to my bank this is what they are doing to arrange and credit in my account.

    How shame that HBL clearly sees my account number IBAN and United Bank Limited and even after 20 days they are NOT forwarding to my bank and keeping themselves

    This sometimes happened when you do not enter correct Branch Code/Identifier. They can not trace Branch Address from IBAN.

    Guys just to update you that still no money in my account as of 13/10 payoneer provided me copy of transfer i forwarded to my bank and my bank says HBL says they dont have any payment like this my bank will contact them again with details.

    Payoneer support reply is very slow almost nothing i sent many emails and contacted every day their support chat and even called their US line after doing all this i get 2 replies after two weeks

    You need to contact them every day also chat support

    yes i do that everyday, i chat the support to make follow up my case, last day i get there mail with the confirmation of bank transfer i print the mail and present it to my bank but to my surprise there is no pending or even transaction made by payoneer to my bank. so yesterday when i went home i contact the support and tell them what i knew. they say that they will send my case to other team to investigate and will notify me when they know what happened to my money, i feel disappointed about this because i need my money so badly. :( its my first time to get the delay of payment, from oct 5, 2016 until now the money not yet arrived on my bank account and i dont know what will happened next?

    In my case today exactly 28 days are gone i have the payment confirmation etc but money not in my account. What is your bank btw?

    For receiving Home remittances in Pakistan, the account type should be "Current" under your Title name in PKR Currency. As regards any FC ( Foreign Currency) Account, its procedure and requirements are very lengthy and according to my information ,you can not deposit any Cash (Foreign Currency) in the said type of account, only foreign remittances may be credited in the account and these type of accounts are always targeted by income tax departments. If you are landlord, big business man and bureaucrat so there is no issue with you but if you are not, so avoid to open any FC account as then any day u will be asked for where you use the said money and what was the source of income. I hope you understand. Just Open Current PKR Account under your personal Title name and receive your remittances.

    This sometimes happened when you do not enter correct Branch Code/Identifier. They can not trace Branch Address from IBAN.

    aalovelybebe you are at wrong forum this forum is only for Pakistan not Philippine that is why you cannot get much help from here but you have to understand one thing that payoneer support is very slow i received their reply after 20 days so keep contacting them and your bank hope you will get your money fast.

    Hello Maaiz great to know i m going again on monday to open new account at HBL personal and current.
    Their remittance department said they have some system problem that is there is a delay in your payment.

    So hopefully i will receive my payment within next week they promised monday.

    We are working with several clients all over the world and provide US companies offshore development we receive money via bank direct and moneygram/westernunion and you know moneygram/westernuinon is big headache for a client to go there with cash and book etc etc that is why we never charge our clients for an hour or two but since we have payoneer its easy to send them invoice and get paid Payoneer is a great service to get paid easy and fast.

    MT103 invoice is same for all countries. You can ask Payoneer to provide you if you are facing problem in receiving money in your bank account.

    MT103 invoice is same for all countries. You can ask Payoneer to provide you if you are facing problem in receiving money in your bank account.

    So first i have received today my money in my UBL account after very long back n forward story
    HBL no help my cousin working as senior vp i explained him my story he gave me number of a person who is incharge at FC and he solved.

    Issue was my payment message contain no branch code if they are bankers they must understand that IBAN consist of country,bank,branch and account code numbers anyway JAHIL always remain JAHIL

    Not only me but also several other people money was stucked there due to their incompetency or no interest to solve peoples issues.

    That's why i don't like HBL since i was born they are more like GOVT office where they don't care about their customers.

    Since my account is opened i have no other choice to use it for now.

    Anyone else is reading this post and want their money on time simply get the proof of payment from payoneer they will provide you after you go on their nerve every day and then you have to visit personally HBL headoffice remittance department and show them to find and solve the issue rightaway.

    Here I understand to discuss some basic informations which will surely be helpful for all readers as these informations based on Ground realities instead of any personal like, dislike involvement.

    In this case Payment subject was between Payoneer to UBL but HBL was intermediate ( Corresponding Bank). According to above statement of arshsah “Issue was my payment message contain no branch code” so it seems that this matter was based upan on UBL and corresponding bank has no authority to solve this issue as this issue based on Sender/Receiver. Corresponding bank has only role to facilitate receiver bank (UBL) if they have no arrangements to receive funds by that Payment channel which was initially made (Payoneer). I hope now the position should be clarified.

    We cannot impose our personal like/dislike on any financial institute as it will discourage to other users. I have already discussed in my previous discussions that we only need to follow up the matter technically under law rules & regulations.

    Every financial institute based on our country is respectable as they all are making role for devolving our country. I have 5 bank accounts in different bank here in Pakistan and a single day I didn’t face any issue for receiving payments via this Channel ( payoneer)

    If our start is wrong (my point is for wrong/no branch code) so everything will go to wrong side. Think Positive, Follow the Rules, handle matters technically and softly, do best for your nation.

    hello everyone,
    from beginning, i used standard chartered ATM for my withdrawal through Payoneer card, 5 days ago i clicked on local bank transfer in my Fiverr account, the balance was loaded into payoneer account as usuall, but this time it did not charge the loading fee of $3 and the gross amount was there in my Payoneer account, from there i opted a withdrawal to local bank transfer.
    i have personal Account in UBL and i already had a detail entered in Payoneer account regarding my personal account in UBL. i am 100% sure the detail is correct.
    i received a mail from payoneer stating that your withdrawal request has been received and it will take 4 business days to load the amount in PKR into your bank account. the exact time was 02:08 am, 9th November, 2016 since i received the mail and i still did not receive my payment.
    i am here to ask you guys that please guide me, since i am using payoneer there was no single issue i faced but this time
    please leave a reply if anyone can resolve my issue

    Hello Shehzad,

    First you don't have to panic like me 2nd your payment will be in your account but it can take time.

    You have to request from payoneer a proof of transfer that will show where you money lands in pakistan normally HBL with reference number and details etc.

    Then you have to contact HBL with the payment reference number and tell them send this payment to my bank or if you can visit their remittance department with proof of payment it will be good if you put your bank branch code twice they can read it otherwise they are blind.

    The worst case:

    The staff at HBL sitting and drinking tea etc as they don't care about their your payment so you need to guide them where and how to find your bank and branch they will say thanks for helping us out now we will send your payment to your bank.

    After HBL finds your payment you have to contact your branch and tell them to collect my payment from HBL from this number and guy name etc and your branch will arrange pickup.

    after that it will take 5 more days and it will be settled in your account.

    I have been through all of this so if you want your money fast open an account in HBL

    Janab, I have gone through the entire trail and really appreciate your guidance and efforts.

    I requested withdraw to my bank account which I maintain in Bank Al Falah and is a personal account.

    Requested Date: November 22, 2016
    Confirmation Received Date via email: November 23, 2016 and today is 02nd December, 2016.

    Have email twice but no reply from Payoneer. The thing which pinches me is no prompt Customer Service to guide. Live Chat doesn't work and Emails they don't reply.

    Can you please guide me how to proceed as this is my first time.

    I understand that your amount should be received in your account till 28 November as request was made by you on 22 November.

    Now next step you should be taken is that get the "TRACE OUT" detail from payoneer in respect of withdraw transaction made by you, When you receive the trace out/ Routing copy by them so you should go your bank branch and show them the traceout/routing detail so that they may trace your payment. if within 2 working days your branch staff didn't take serious action so then find Regional Office of your concerned bank in your city and meet to the " COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT" with said ( traceout/Routing) details. Your issue will be solved and they will trace your payment. As regards getting traceout/Routing detail for the transaction you should contact to payoneer with phone call as it is very fast and you may communicate properly with them.
