Payment status - not loaded - Yellow Exclamation Icon

on Oct. 5th I received a Payment via credit card load. two days have passed by since this payment was made and yet it hasn't been added to my account, when I go a check my payment history there is a yellow exclamation icon with no description? what does this means, since it has no description next to it? is there an extra step that I might be unaware of

Oh I almost forgot I also didn't received a notification email stating that a payment was loaded onto my card.

Please I'd kindly appreciate your assessment on this subject.

    It take upto 3-5 business days. If the money not loaded that days, contact to payoneer customer service team.
