my account is locked

I didn't forget my password, I just wanted to check my account and tried to login, all of sudden I got an error message that saying "my account is locked" ! ?

why is that ?

    I'm getting the same message, I'm locked out. I didn't change my password either.

    NEW UPDATE
    I tried to login with the Payoneer app on my iPhone and it works very well?!

    maybe there is something wrong with the login page on the website ?
