I did not receive the amount to my bank from Payoneer

It has been a week and half that i have requested the mount to send mu local bank account but the payoneer it say thank you for contacting us we will respond your requested within the three days.I never receive the respond and my $ in my bank.In payoneer my balance has already gone but i did not receive to my local bank.Please Someone concern about it.

    I'm sorry to hear you didn't get a reply. What I suggest at this point, is to make sure you didn't get a reply by email and it's in your "junk" folder, and if that doesn't help, try to contact Payoneer's chat or phone service directly.
